The investigator was able to make contact with Terron A. Fleming of Clayton Boulevard in Somers and arrange for the purchase of alleged cocaine on at least two occasions, Putnam County Sheriff Robert L. Langley Jr. said.

Members of the NEU took Fleming into custody at a Mahopac area restaurant/bar on Saturday, Oct. 27.

Fleming was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree.

Fleming was arraigned at the Town of Carmel Court and remanded to the Putnam County Correctional facility with no bail, pending a future court date.
